In this series I used negative space in order to create a mood or meaning to the photo. In these photos, the background is able to give the main object more definition and contrast. The negative space is a really great tool in order to keep a minimal style, while still creating a tone with the photo.

  2. i really liked your series. i especially liked the second one from the bottom i like how you chose not to put this one in black and white because the green splattered on that white wall looks very cool.

  3. The third photo from the top is successful because of your use of shadows to instill depth and a dynamic compositional flow. Additionally, the black and white gives it a haunted, nostalgic mood.
